1. The short version
This site is built to know as little about you as possible. There are no user accounts, no on-site payments, and no signup requirements to read anything. The interactive tools run entirely in your browser and transmit nothing. Given the subject matter of this site, your privacy is treated as a design requirement, not a legal afterthought.
2. Who operates this site
PayPig Academy (paypigacademy.com) is an independently operated educational website. Contact for anything privacy-related: Admin.
3. What is collected automatically
Like nearly all websites, the server that hosts this site keeps standard technical logs — IP address, browser type, pages requested, and timestamps — for security and operational purposes. These logs are maintained by the hosting provider under its own retention practices and are not used to identify or profile individual readers.
This site uses Google Analytics to understand aggregate traffic patterns (pages visited, referral sources). This data is viewed only in aggregate.
WordPress, the software this site runs on, may set strictly functional cookies (for example, to remember a screen preference). This site does not use advertising cookies.
4. The email list
This site does not currently require or collect email addresses. If and when a mailing list is offered, the following applies to anyone who chooses to subscribe:
Subscribing provides your email address, voluntarily, for one purpose: receiving the Academy’s emails. The list is managed through a third-party email service provider ([ESP NAME]), which processes your address on this site’s behalf under its own privacy policy. Your address is never sold, rented, or shared beyond that provider. Every email includes an unsubscribe link; unsubscribing removes you from all future sends. You can also request deletion of your address entirely by writing to the contact address above.
A note specific to this site’s subject matter: subscribing means findom-related email will arrive in your inbox. Use an address you are comfortable receiving that mail at. Emails are written with discreet sender names and subject lines where the format allows, but no inbox is private from someone else who has access to it — that part is in your hands.
5. The interactive tools
The self-assessment, Contract Builder, Edging Trainer, glossary, and all other interactive tools on this site are client-side only. They run entirely in your browser. Your answers, drafts, scores, and settings are never transmitted to this site’s server or to any third party. Where a tool saves your progress (for example, the Contract Builder), it uses your browser’s local storage, which stays on your device and can be cleared through your browser settings at any time. This site’s operator cannot see, retrieve, or recover anything you enter into the tools — by design.
6. Third-party links and platforms
This site links to external platforms, including NiteFlirt. Anything you do on those platforms — creating accounts, making purchases — is governed by their privacy policies and terms, not this one. Some outbound links are referral links, as disclosed in the site’s Terms & Disclaimers; referral tracking, where it occurs, happens on the destination platform’s side.
7. Adults only
This site is for adults 18 and older and does not knowingly collect any information from minors. If you believe a minor has submitted information to this site, contact the address above and it will be deleted.
8. Sharing and selling
This site does not sell, rent, or trade any visitor information, and shares data only with the service providers necessary to operate — the hosting provider and, once a list exists, the email service provider — each acting under its own privacy commitments.
9. Your choices and rights
You can read this entire site without providing any information. You can clear tool data via your browser’s local-storage settings. Once the mailing list exists, you can unsubscribe with one click or request full deletion of your address by email. Depending on where you live, you may have additional legal rights regarding personal data (such as access, correction, or deletion); requests can be sent to the contact address above and will be honored to the extent the data exists at all — which, for most readers of this site, it does not.
10. Changes to this policy
If this policy changes — for example, when the mailing list launches — the effective date above will be updated and material changes will be reflected on this page.
