Vincent says: Three things to watch for. First: after a session that used objectifying language, how quickly does Nathan come back? If the resource frame drops away when the session ends and you're fully yourself again within a few minutes — that's the healthy range. If it lingers, if you're still operating from inside the frame an hour later — that's worth reporting.

Second: decisions outside the dynamic's scope. Are you making ordinary life decisions — financial, professional, personal — from your own judgment or is the resource frame present in those decisions?

Third: when I ask how Nathan is, what do you find? If the question lands easily and Nathan is readily accessible — good. If the question feels strange, if you have to search for Nathan — that's the signal.
